CSG Meeting - 6 April 2011

The Canterbury Structural Group is meeting on Wednesday 6th April
Date: Wednesday 6th April 2011
Time: 5.00pm
Venue: The Auditorium, Christchurch Art Gallery
The meeting is one hour long from 5.00pm and precedes the Canterbury Technical Clearing House meeting which is due to start at 6.00pm at the same location.
The CTC meeting will include wider aspects covering other sciences and disciplines
CBD Access
At the meeting there will be clarification of the protocols for engineers working for private clients in the CBD. This will include the statutory safety induction to be provided by Des Bull and we are hoping that the Photo ID team will work a late shift to issue Red Zone passes on Wednesday evening.
Please bring:photo ID eg. Drivers Licence/passport your CPEng / IPENZ membership number
Building Evaluations
The Operation CBD Team have requested that engineers involved in building assessments assist by providing their evaluations and reports.
The Team would appreciate if you are able to bring for CBD and outer area buildings:Copies of engineering reports completed in Christchurch (L1L2other) List of all buildings (either completed/in-process/to be completed) Any prepared safety access plans
